Previous studies of changes in women’s behavior during the menstrual cycle have offered insight into the motivations underpinning women’s preferences for social cues associated with possible direct benefits (e.g., investment, low risk of infection) and indirect benefits (e.g., offspring viability). Here we sought to extend this work by testing for systematic variation in women’s preferences for male and female faces and in their attitudes to their romantic relationship during the menstrual cycle. In Study 1, we found partnered women’s reported commitment to their romantic relationship and preferences for femininity in male and female faces were strongest on days of the menstrual cycle when progesterone levels are increased (and fertility is low). Happiness in relationships did not change across the cycle. In Study 2, we found that the effect of cycle phase on women’s preference for feminine faces was independent of increased attraction to apparent health in faces during the luteal phase. Collectively, these findings are further evidence that women’s preferences for social cues associated with possible direct benefits and commitment to relationships are strongest during conditions characterized by raised progesterone level, while attraction to men displaying cues associated with possible indirect benefits is strongest when women are most fertile.
In other words if you are a desirable relationship candidate you’re an equally desirable candidate for cuckolding. In short, you’re the “Dad” archetype and your woman’s biological imperatives will be driving her to find and consort with a “Cad” while she’s fertile. Thus your relationship might not be all that you imagine.
To add insult to injury, the “Dad” types are being subtly derided by females on a subconscious level as genetically inferior and indeed less attractive than their “Cad” counterparts as found here:
Symmetry in human male faces may be a cue to heritable fitness benefits and is found attractive. Preferences for facial masculinity, another proposed marker of genetic quality, have been found to vary in ways that may maximise evolutionary relevant benefits and masculinity is found to be of increased attractiveness at peak fertility across the menstrual cycle. Here we show that women prefer more symmetric faces at peak fertility (Study 1) and that such shifting preferences may be potentially strategic preferences as we found them to occur only for judgements concerning short-term relations and when women already had a partner (Study 2). Such preferences potentially indicate a strategy that maximises the quality of extra-pair/short-term partners or a quality dependent response to hormones. Such strategic preferences for symmetry may support the role of symmetry in signalling potential good-gene benefits.
The reason for female preference for superior genomes during their fertile phase is clear; they want children sired by the optimal genome, the Alpha. They face a quandary however in that the Alpha is unlikely to want to put down roots and stick around to raise said children, thus she needs to devote the balance of her cycle to convincing a “Dad” that he’s the cat’s meow and the only genome she might possibly be interested in.
None of this is new of course, but these principles must be burned into your psyche until you understand these motivations and subtexts without having to ponder them. Your genetic legacy depends on it as does your self respect. Watch your lady’s cycles with interest gents and pay particular attention to when she’s likely in her fertile phase. Note how often these weekends coincide with supposed spontaneous girl’s nights out for dancing and flirting if not more. You will be dismayed and amazed at the correlation.

Have done this Fred. I have limited time presently but I’ll go back and collect some links this weekend to append here. In short though, you’re looking for sexier dress, more ornamentation, more exposed skin, more exaggerated movements, more attention/approval seeking behavior, flushed complexion, subtly more attractive than other times you’ve encountered her (copulins at work), etc. By nature (how many women are unadulterated by birth control, BPA etc. now though) she should be fertile most likely at the new moon, second guess would be the full moon. A woman’s pheromones at fertility though subconsciously registered can be detected by your response. An unexplained double take when a woman wafts by you, an unexplained attraction that is not based on physical attractiveness, etc. For instance say you typically shoot for 7’s and up. If a 5 walks by you and at first glance across the room you disregarded her out of hand, but then find yourself doing a double take when she passes you, chances are she’s dropping an egg. Female pheromones make men’s estimations of female attractiveness bias upwards. That 5 by looks becomes registered as a 7 if you sense her copulins, etc. Hope this helps.

One of the easiest signs from body language is hand between the legs. Guys and girls do it when they want to get laid or horny. Studying body language is definitely important to understanding social dynamics in any situation.

Body language doesn’t lie and is usually happening on a subconscious level. It’s possibly the most useful skill in interpersonal communication bar none. Highly recommended that all learn.

Usually breaking a gaze quickly isn’t significant. If she holds it for a few moments and then breaks the gaze before you that’s a green-light.
Make sure you have multiple eye contact before you decide to make your move. But then again alphas don’t really need a IOI before they take what they desire. It still is one of the obvious signs when girls initiate a conversation or establish multiple eye contact that they are interested. If she acts horny or craving attention near you then it means she wants your attention.
True but some women want only attention, you want to filter those out for those that want your physical attention one on one. Attention whores are a waste of time.
